    2 lounge rooms (upstairs and downstairs) help create space for families/friends.

    Upstairs with a log burner fire and downstairs with a standup arcade machine.

    Both lounge rooms have sweeping 180 degree views across Copacabana & MacMasters Beaches and Cockrone Lagoon.

    Outdoor entertaining

    Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor areas.

    The rear courtyard with barbecue, fire pit, & 12 seat dining table.

    The upper balcony of the main living room has a 6 seat dining table and lounges capturing stunning ocean and lagoon views.

    There is a 2nd balcony on the front, off two of the bedrooms with a hanging basket chair where you can escape and watch the waves rolling in.

    Finally, the plunge pool area with ocean and lagoon views and a hot and cold outdoor shower for resort like vibes.
